How to Register or book an appointment

Please telephone the surgery or call in to make an appointment.

On the day of your appointment

Please bring any previous vaccination records with you on your first visit.

When you arrive at the surgery, please inform the receptionist that you are a new client and give the time of your appointemnt. You will then be asked to fill in a 'New Client Form', please give as much detail as possible.

You will then be asked to take a seat in reception until the vet calls you through to the consultation room.

After your consultation please report back to the reception staff so they can issue any medication or cerification required.
